10 Words of Wisdom - a day late

These are 10 (11 for today) words of Wisdom about TRUTH a day late. You can never go wrong by telling the truth.

Again, my apologies for the lack of fun updates. Computer's on the fritz in regards to Windows registry issues so it's looking like I will have to save what I can, except I'm having issues with doing that...SIGH...and wipe the hard drive and reinstall everything including the OS.

What you don't see with your eyes, don't witness with your mouth. -Jewish Proverb

Lying can never save us from another lie. Vaclav Havel

If what you are telling is true, you don't have to choose your words so carefully. -Frank Clark

Truth fears no trial. -Proverb

If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything. -Mark Twain

The truth is not the same as the majority decision. -Pope John Paul II

It is one thing to show a man that he is in error, and another to put him in possession of the truth. -John Locke

Every man has a right to be wrong in his opinions. But no man has a right to be wrong about his facts. -Bernard Baruch.

Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom. -Thomas Jefferson

Love the quotes.

A tip for your computer problem (I hope it's not too late)-
If you're running Windows XP, use your system restore feature and rollback your computer to a saved date before you started having your registry problems. It will uninstall whatever spyware or script that changed your registry. However, it will also uninstall any programs you've installed yourself since that time.

It's worked for me, and it's a lot less of a hassle than formatting your hard drive and re-installing everything.

An easy way to do this:
Start>Help and Support>(Under "Pick a Task")"Undo changes to your computer with System Restore"

Hope this helps!

Just a note to add to the above comment -

The good thing about System Restore is that even though it will uninstall software, it will not delete files like Word docs, spreadsheets, music files, etc.

LOL, Bill. Thank you for the information, however, I tried that last week and it didn't work. Wen't all the way back to May. Still had issues. GRRRR. Very kind of you to offer the information though. Have enjoyed your blog via Master Yoda. :)

I adore quotes and their meaning.
I use them sometimes (one at time) as an inspiration for a blog post.
